Sourdough Goldfish Crackers Recipe

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 cup all purpose flour 

1/4 cup Sourdough Discard

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp kosher sea salt 

3 tbsp cold salted butter, cut up

1 1/2 tbsp cold filtered water

Using a food processor blend all ingredients together. Roll out dough 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.  Cut using a goldfish cutter.  Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool.  Store in airtight container.  Enjoy
